Growing up surfing the coastline of New South Wales and travelling extensively throughout Australia, South and Central America, Europe, and Asia, Morganne developed a deep appreciation for lifestyle led living. Today, she proudly calls Cairns home, a place that perfectly reflects her energy, ambition, and love of community.


With hands on experience in renovation, boutique development, property styling, home design, and successful Airbnb hosting, Morganne understands property from every angle. Backed by a strong foundation in building and construction, her move into real estate was a natural evolution, driven by a passion for helping clients build both wealth and lifestyle through smart property decisions.


 As Owner and Director of Boutique Real Estate, Morganne leads a modern, digitally driven agency designed to deliver exceptional results with efficiency, transparency, and a personal touch.


Outside of real estate, you’ll find her running along the Esplanade at sunrise, training at the gym, walking her Great Dane Harley, or enjoying time with her husband and two beautiful girls, making the most of the Far North Queensland lifestyle she loves.
